Return policies

Missing/wrong product

After your order has been delivered, check the contents of the parcel immediately. If a product is missing, please contact our Customer Services within 48 hours. All parcels shipped by Baby Monsters are checked for irregularities in their weight. If certain items are missing, they may be replaced at our discretion. The return transport costs are paid by the buyer.

What is the return policy for Baby Monsters buggies/strollers?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days after receiving it and get a full refund. However, if you do wish to return the product, please bear in mind that it must NOT have been used and that it must be returned in the same condition in which you received it (i.e. without any damage or marks and with the original labels, instructions for use, warranty document and wrapping). It must also be put back in the original packaging, in order to prevent damage while it is in transit. Of course, you are allowed to remove the product from its wrapping in order to check whether it meets your expectations: however, if the product suffers any damage while you are checking it, you may not be given a full refund.

All returns are free of charge. Consequently, if you are not satisfied with your purchase (or part of your purchase) you may return it by following the steps below:

1. Send an email to web@baby-monsters.com.

2. Specify your order number and the product code for the item you wish to return.

3. Our Customer Services department will create a return label for you to attach to the parcel.

4. After we have sent you the return label, we will give you instructions on how to send the product back to us.

Currently, we do not have a system set up for exchanging products. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the standard return procedure. You can then exchange the product by placing a new order online.

How and when will I receive my refund?

Refunds are made in accordance with the method of payment selected. If you paid for your order using a credit card, the money will be refunded onto the same (credit) card you used to make the initial payment. If you paid via bank transfer, the money will be refunded into your bank account. In this case, we will contact you in order to confirm your bank details and carry out the refund. Your money will be refunded within 14 days following Baby Monsters’ receipt of the returned product(s). Please bear in mind that once the refund procedure has been set in motion, the money may take up to nine working days to appear in your bank account.
